                                                                                                                                  ছড়া লোকসাহিত্যের প্রাচীনতম নিদর্শন।ছড়া শিশুতোষ রচনা হলেও তা কেবল শিশুদের মনোরঞ্জনের সৃষ্টি হয়নি ।শিশু - কিশোর,যুবক,বয়স্ক সকল শ্রেণির জন্য রচিত। ছড়ার সংজ্ঞা নির্ণয় করা কঠিন।শিশুদের কাছে সুর করে ছন্দোবদ্ধ পদ বলাই ছড়া নয়।ছড়া হলো সমষ্টিগত লোকমনের সৃষ্টি,সাধারণ মানুষের আবেগ ,কল্পনা,সপ্ন,স্মৃতি,অভিজ্ঞতার কথা ভাষার ছন্দে,বন্ধনে ক্ষুদ্র অবয়বে যে বৈচিত্র্যময় রূপ লাভ করেছে তাই ছড়া । ছট্ শব্দ থেকে ছড়া শব্দের উৎপত্তি বলে মনে করা হয় । ছট্ শব্দের অর্থ ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে থাকা । কিন্তু ছড়া মোটেই ছড়িয়ে ছিটিয়ে থাকে না বরং তা ধানের ছড়ার মতই গুচ্ছ বন্ধন...

                                                             বহুব্রীহি সমাস                                                                         যে সমাসে সমস্যমান পদগুলোর কোনটির অর্থ না বুঝিয়ে ,অন্য কোন পদকে বোঝায় তাকে বহুব্রীহি সমাস বলে ।যেমন- বহু ব্রীহি(ধান ) আছে যার =বহুব্রীহি। এখানে বহু ও ব্রীহি কোনটির অর্থ না বুঝিয়ে ,বহু ধান আছে এমন লোককে বোঝাচ্ছে।এ সমাসের সাধারণত ব্যাসবাক্য যার,যাতে।যেমন:নীল বসন যার=নীলবসনা,।এরূপ - স্বচ্ছসলিলা,স্থিরপ্রতিজ্ঞ,ধীরবুদ্ধি,মহাত্মা ইত্যাদি। সহ বা সহিত শব্দের সঙ্গে অন্য পদের বহুব্রীহি সমাস হলে সহ’ বা ‘সহিত’ এর স্থলে ‘স’ হয়্।যেমন-বান্ধবসহ বর্তমান=সবান্ধব।এরূপ - সহোদর,সজল,সফল,সদর্প,সলজ্জ,সকল্যাণ ইত্যাদি। এ সমাসে...

                                                      কর্মধারয় সমাস                                                                       যেখানে বিশেষণ বা বিশেষণভাবাপন্ন পদের সাথে বিশেষ্য বা বিশেষ্যভাবাপন্ন পদের যে সমাস হয় ,এবং যে সমাসে পরপদের অর্থই প্রধান রূপে প্রতীয়মান হয় তাকে কর্মধারয় সমাস বলে । এ সমাসের ব্যাস বাক্যে  যে ,সে,যিনি ,তিনি ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন-সিংহ চিহ্নিত আসন=সিংহাসন , কাঁচা অথচ মিঠা= কাঁচামিঠা,মহতী যে কীর্তি=মহাকীর্তি ,মহান যে নবী=মহানবী ইত্যাদি। প্রকারভেদ: কর্মধারয় সমাস ৪ প্রকার:                                               ...
