 Muhammad Zafar Ikbal  is a popular writers of Bangladesh at this time.He  is a author of science fiction and children literature.Muhammad Zafar Ikbal was born on 23 December 1952 in Sylhet . His ancestral home in Netrokona district. His father ,Foyzur Rahman and his mother Ayesha Foyez.His fother was a police oficer and his mother is also a female writers .His secondary education ended in Bogra district and passed the higher secondary in Dhaka college.Muhammad Zafar Ikbal learned his Bsc in physics from Dhaka University in 1976.He obtained PhD from University of Washington in 1982.Now he is a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at Shajalal University of Science and Technology.At present,He writes column in mainstream newspapers regularly. Muhammad Zafar Ikbal  started writing stories from a very early age.He writes many stories for children and also a creater strong children character.
